Come join us on this 3 day holistic wellness retreat where you will get the opportunity

to be intentional about your total wellbeing. During this retreat, you will experience

hiking, guided meditation, mindfulness activities, gratitude exercises, basic

expressive art therapies as well as other fun and adventurous activities. The retreat

will take place at Firefly Falls, a tranquil holiday resort in the garden route close to

the magnificent Storms River. We have also partnered with Ingwe Adventures to

offer you an opportunity to develop your interpersonal and leadership skills. The

retreat will be taking place from the 7th of July 2023 to the 10th of July 2023.

Transport from PE to Firefly Falls and back will be available.
